Which glazing can I choose?
You can choose from options such as HR++ or HR+++ for better insulation. We also offer laminated glass, also known as safety glass. Safety glass has a film applied behind the glass, this film ensures that the glass stays together if it breaks.

How does custom-made window frames work?
You can fully customize the dimensions, color, material and style of your frames. After entering your specifications in our calculator, you will receive a price and can order directly.
How do I measure my window frames for the correct size?
We provide detailed measuring instruction on our website.
Can I change my order later?
Adjustments must be received by us within 24 hours of your order. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make adjustments to your order.
What is the delivery time for custom-made frames?
Delivery time varies, but we aim to deliver your order within 20 working days, depending on the material and specifications chosen. During the ordering process, you will receive an indication of the expected delivery date. You will be contacted by our planning department 24 hours before delivery for an exact delivery time. Please note that someone must always be present at the time of delivery.
Delivery and Installation
Are the frames delivered to your home?
Yes, we deliver your frames to the address you specify or you can pick them up from us by appointment. Upon delivery, check that the frames are free of damage before accepting them. Damage must be reported with a photo of the frames on the trestle.
Do you offer an installation service?
No, we do not offer installation service for the frames that are purchased via our webshop. You measure the frames yourself, you can then install them yourself or ask a professional in your area.
Can I install the frames myself?
Yes, if you are handy, you can install the frames yourself. On our website you will find a step-by-step plan explaining what you need to do. Please note that correct installation is essential for the insulation and lifespan.
Do you also deliver to the Wadden Islands?
Separate delivery charges apply to the Wadden Islands. Please contact our customer service for the delivery charges for this.

How is the price calculated for custom-made window frames?
The price depends on the dimensions, material, finish and chosen glass options. Our calculator gives an immediate price indication based on your specifications.
Why do I have to pay the total amount at once?
As soon as we receive your order we start the production process. We have to purchase profiles, glass and other supplies.
Can I pay in installments?
No, if you want to place an order above €5,000 and pay in installments, please contact info@simakozijnen.com.
